Our purpose at the Motley Fool is to help the world invest, better.
We also believe that the best person to make investment decisions is you. But you don’t have to do everything alone. One of the best ways to learn more about investing is to pick up lessons from the motley array of investors in our community.
On this note, we would like to invite you, our community of readers, to share the most important investing lesson you learnt in 2017 with the world at large.
All entries must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. (Singapore Time) on 7 January 2018. Our Foolish panel will pick the best answers and we will publish them on the week starting 15 January 2018.
Does that sound good to you? Head HERE to submit your entry (terms and conditions are attached in the link).
We will also be picking one winning entry. The winner will be presented with a small token of appreciation: an investing book written by William Thorndike titled The Outsiders. Thorndike’s book has been praised by Warren Buffett as “an outstanding book,” and by Charlie Munger as “a book you should read”.
As a lifelong student of investing, I highly recommend the book.
