A Quick Comparison Between Two REIT ETFs Listed in Singapore

In the span of less than six months, two Real Estate Investment Trust Exchange Traded Funds (REIT ETFs) were listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX: S68).

The first of which was PHIL AP DIV REIT US$ (SGX: BYI) or Phillip SGX APAC Dividend Leaders REIT ETF while the other one being NikkoAM-STC Asia REIT (SGX: CFA) or NikkoAM-StraitsTrading Asia ex Japan REIT ETF. The former was listed in October 2016 and the latter went public in March this year.
