3 Things You Need To Know About the Singapore Stock Market Today

Welcome to Wednesday evening! Here are three things about Singapore’s stock market and investing in general that you might want to look at today and over the rest of the week.

1. Benjamin Graham is a legend in the investing business. Given his stature, it would be interesting to know of what he might think of the companies in Singapore’s stock market. While the great man has passed away for 40 years now, there are still ways to look at local companies through his eyes. My colleague Esjay had recently done that for one of Singapore’s largest real estate companies CapitaLand Limited (SGX: C31). Jump in here for more!

2. Local telecommunications outfit StarHub Ltd (SGX: CC3) has seen its stock price fall by around a quarter over the last 12 months. What’s going on here? James Yeo, another of my fellow Fools, had taken a look at the matter recently. Check out his thoughts right here.

3. The electric utilities sector is often seen as boring and slow-changing. But, big changes could be afoot in that space. My Foolish colleague Stanley Lim had shared some fascinating insights on the possible transformations going on in the electric utilities space earlier today. Find out more in here and here.
