3 Things You Need To Know About the Singapore Share Market Today

Welcome to Friday evening! Here are three things about Singapore’s share market that you might want to look at today and over the weekend.

1. I know, I know… It’s the earnings season and there’s just too many earnings releases to keep up with. What’s an investor to do!? Fret not, because my colleagues and I at the Motley Fool Singapore are here to help. Check out our latest earnings coverage:

2. If you’ve not heard, Singapore Exchange has set itself a goal of doubling the market value of companies listed here in Singapore over the next three to five years. In other words, there might be a flood of new IPOs (initial public offerings) coming to Singapore’s stock market in the near future. But while more companies in the market would equate to more choices, the development may not be a good thing for investors if they’re not careful. I’ve dug into the topic recently, so you can check out my thoughts here.

3. When the market’s at a high, it’s often the case that investors would start to be fearful of impending drops. But there are very good reasons as to why market highs need not be a scary thing. Jump in here to find out more.
