It has been awarded numerous accolades including Conde Nast Traveller’s Best Foreign Airline award for the last 21 years. And as a frequent traveller myself, SIA is on my speed-dial.

But here at the Motley Fool Singapore, we are more interested in outstanding shareholder return than exceptional customer service. So, is Singapore’s flag carrier as efficient in serving up cash for shareholders as it is in serving coffee for passengers?
